Event Description

Monday afternoon practices, Wednesday afternoon games. This is 5-on-5, small-goal soccer with no goalies–the way we always set soccer games up at BAT camp. Teams can have up to 6 players (5 on the field, 1 on the bench), and every game is refereed by one of our BAT coaches.

Game format: Each game runs 30 minutes with a running clock and one halftime break at the 15-minute mark. Each team also gets one 1-minute timeout to use during the game. The referee will grab balls that go out of bounds and place them on the field for the correct team to kick off. Absolutely no hands on the ball ever. In the case of a tie at the end of the game, there will be a sudden death overtime where the first goal scored wins.
